Owners gain reciprocal access across the portfolio — a sign that residences are becoming loyalty infrastructure.

What Happened
A European luxury hotel group announced a new collection of branded residences in the Alps that will include lifetime reciprocal access to its hotels, clubs and wellness properties worldwide. Owners receive priority reservations, dedicated relationship managers and use of private member spaces. The company said the first phase is expected to open in 2028 and that residences would be sold through direct sales and selected luxury advisors.
The Signal
Branded residences are no longer a real-estate side business. Bundling ownership with portfolio-wide access turns a one-time sale into a permanent relationship — and gives hotel groups a direct channel to their highest-value guests outside third-party distribution.
